Campaign Planning: Help Boston Public School students organize around curricular reform and climate change education; lead students, teachers, and community stakeholders in creating and implementing a climate curriculum pilot for Boston Public Schools.Fundraising: Contribute to funding proposals; write or edit narratives, gather and prepare supporting materials, and finalize proposals in accordance with grant guidelines.Marketing & Social Media: Develop and document a comprehensive social media strategy; develop messaging to accompany BSAC campaigns, use analytics to improve reach.

Staff Management: Manage staff of 30+; aide in the hiring and training of new staff members; facilitate teacher collaboration; meet with younger staff members to develop their skills.Class Preparation: Prepare and execute lesson plans for children of ages 6 through 14; collaborate with colleagues to provide an interdisciplinary learning experience for students.

Spent a semester interning at a nonprofit immigration law firm. Responsibilities included interviewing clients in order to understand their needs and effectively pair them with services, implementing community service projects, and maintaining the client database.
