Glasshouse Salon is a successful and sustainable salon with a focus on the health and well being of the client and the integrity of their hair.Here I worked as a salon assistant for the team of stylists whilst undergoing colour and cutting training to further develop my skills and ensuring the smooth running of their day.Through out my time at Glasshouse I attended many specialised training sessions specific to the hair company Organic Colour Systems and make up brand Jane Iredale, and also other information sessions on the brands we were stockists for.

I came to the Hair Parlour as a 2nd year apprentice and progressed through to Senior Stylist where I developed into a confident and creative stylist. I worked with in a team of 6 stylists and with a wide demographic of clientele, which enabled me to grow my skill set and my understanding of the clients needs. I was involved in every aspect of the salon from Front of House duties, taking and making appointments, managing stock, and training staff.
