Olivia is a senior operating executive with global cross-disciplinary leadership in fintech & banking, with expertise across strategy, product & business operations. She is currently COO at Settle, focused on driving growth and managing operations for the all-in-one payment solution. In her most recent role as VP of Venmo Commerce, she was responsible for the payment brand’s 80M+ customer retention and continual acquisition. Previously, Olivia held a variety of roles at PayPal, with increasingly larger roles as the company evolved and went through hyper growth – including multiple acquisitions like Xoom and iZettle, 100%+ revenue growth, and leadership of large product and growth teams at-scale. Olivia has a proven track record of success steering transformation and building organizational growth, efficiency, and profitability across PayPal business units. Prior to PayPal, Olivia headed several global innovation and customer-focused transformation initiatives at Barclays, including the build and restructuring of the emerging markets business, M&A integration, and business exits. During her tenure at Barclays, Olivia served as General Manager of Analog Analytics, with P&L accountability of the 100-member organization, including a large engineering team.Olivia is deeply committed to financial inclusion, DEI, and global social impact initiatives.
