1st year Business Administration Apprentice at Leonardo Ltd. Started the apprenticeship in September 2021, Along side the apprenticeship I am doing a Level 3 Business Administration course at Yeovil College.

Working in the Business support hub for Screwfix at the weekends. Holding the responsibility of the company’s social media accounts, security checks and customer enquiries via different entry platforms. The knowledge and IT support there needed for trade counters all across the UK and Ireland who needed any technical support I would also be answering and assisting calls on the line for colleagues .The gained knowledge and adaptation to new technology systems that where required in order to do my job efficiently first time. The opportunity for training and coaching experiences
