As the Director of Social Media for our sorority, I oversee the curation and management of our online presence, ensuring that our Instagram and TikTok accounts are vibrant reflections of our community. My responsibilities encompass capturing compelling visuals at all our events, from photos for Instagram to videos for TikTok. I maintain an active posting schedule, typically weekly and sometimes even twice a week, staying abreast of current trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.In addition to event coverage, I coordinate special features such as "Seniors of the Week" to spotlight our members and foster connection within our sorority. Recognizing the importance of personal milestones, I ensure birthdays and other significant dates are commemorated on our platforms. Moreover, I leverage our social media channels to raise awareness about important causes and observances, such as Mother's Day and Denim Day.By consistently curating relevant and captivating content, I strive to uphold our sorority's online presence as a dynamic reflection of our values, achievements, and camaraderie.

I worked a summer job at the Paradise Cove Beach Cafe as the head hostess. I had to deal with difficult customers, work in the retail section, and be able tp set up the layout of the restaurant. I learned how to juggle a lot of different situations throughout the summer and a lot of new skill sets that I will be taking to future jobs and postions.

I worked as an intern over the summer for Fox Entertainment in the creative service side. I would attend meetings and always take notes. I would help my bosses with anything that they needed including brainstorming for big events and their PR packages. I also helped with the prices of huge events and would categorize them into folders so my bosses could and be organized. It was a really good experience especially since I want a future in design.

I worked at The Malibu Cafe for about 6 months full-time. They were only open Wednesdays-Saturdays due to covid and I worked pretty much everyday. I would help with the customers needs and would escort them to assigned dining area. I would answer the phones and make sure that when the customer hung up they felt that all their questions were answered and heard. I helped set up the dining area and even clean it off when it was time for closing. I had a great time working their and even the managers wanted me to be host manager but due to my leaving for college I had to decline.
