This internship position is designated as a Fieldwork Course through my university and will be completed during the Fall and Spring semesters of my senior year. The mission of the Center is to serve the community in any capacity that we can - namely sharing information, delivering programs, and providing services that enrich the lives of all Fenway residents. One example of a program that I plan to actively participate in throughout my internship experience is "Fenway Cares" - a food distribution service for low-income and low-mobility community members. There are many other programs run by the center to offer connection through the community like conversational English classes, art lessons, and other interactive and learning activities. Throughout this internship, my goals are to work on building relationships with a broad and diverse range of people throughout the community and build my understanding of others who are able to look at and see the world differently than myself.

I have worked with this camp for the past summers of 2021, 2022, and 2023, 2024. It is a day camp located in the Blue Hills of Milton, Mass, and gives kids access to hiking trails, games, and art activities led by counselors,
