Including the implementation of Endless Aisle Ordering from all stores, New Gift Card Solution, Standardised Store Processes & Guides, Improved Product Information for Stores, Simplified Concession Store Processes, Additional Payment Types rolled out and Tap to Pay on Apple Devices.- Lead Business Analyst on a Click & Collect Project. - Requirements gathering for a New Supplier Label Portal, Finance Shrinkage Reporting suite and Dashboard. - Lead Project Manager and Business Analyst on a Pay4U Project. As a brand new role in the company I was a key resource in driving the structure of Support in the business by:- Creating Procedural, Service Transition and Operational Acceptance Testing Templates- Diagnosing and resolving complex incidents reported by users of Technology systems- Implementing and leading a Problem Management board with weekly standups.- Review incidents and conduct efficient Problem Management of recurring incidents. - The immediate escalation point for the Help Desk team.- Service transition of changes delivered by the Project Delivery team. - Provide application testing support- Ensure knowledge of new systems, and process changes are clearly understood, documented, and communicated to the rest of the Service Delivery Team.
