Reporting into the Global Marketing & Strategy Director at Global Traffic Network, I work in close capacity to develop effective marketing collateral from conception of strategy through to design, logistics and execution for ATN. Lion Co is one of Australia’s biggest distributors of food and beverage in the FMCG sector. Its brands in Dairy and Drinks include Pura, Dare, Big M, King Island, Tasmanian Heritage, Mersey Valley, Berri, Daily Juices and Zooper Doopers. I provide high-quality administrative assistance to support a field sales team of 30, three regional state managers and a regional field manager. My support includes sales activation, managing point of sale (POS), facilitating sales meetings and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Acted as a channel of communication between the Victorian sales field team and Head Office.• Supported Territory Managers:- Ensured the field sales team has everything needed to bring activations to life eg promotional material and products to be used at the POS.- Liaised with internal stakeholders (marketing, brand teams, legal, fleet) on sales activities, fleet issues and determining appropriate quantities of materials and assistance.• Facilitated the monthly State-wide sales meeting. I had to leave Bauer to relocate to Melbourne for personal reasons.I worked across various teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, Advertising and Events. I also enjoyed working with the teams at Dolly, Cosmo and Woman’s Day.• Supported the logistics for local and national events, eg: International Women’s Day High Tea and the TV Week Logies ’15 trivia industry event.
