As the Marketing Executive for XV Foundation, a non-profit organization to support USA Rugby Women's 15s National Team, I oversee creating content for their social media channels and email newsletters. I coordinate with the founders of the organization to ensure XV's mission and vision is brought to life through their content. I utilize MailChimp and Canva on a regular basis to create and push out content. I thoroughly enjoy this work as I combine both my passions of sport and digital marketing.

As a full-time professional athlete of the US Women's 15s National Team I have the privilege and luxury of traveling around the world and playing the sport I love. It requires self-motivation and a high level of discipline to ensure I stay in shape and keep my skill-set sharp to be selected for tours. I train alone remotely most of the year until we come together for camps and tours. I have made 16 international appearances and was rostered two matches of the 2021 Rugby World Cup played in 2022.

As an Assistant Coach of Davenport University's Women's Rugby I assisted in bringing them to three national championships, bringing home the hardware in 2021. Was able to connect with athlete's and build a relationship with them that allowed them to learn and push themselves in a positive environment. I strongly believe in empowering your athletes and helping them see their potential in themselves to bring out the best version of the team individually and as whole. Had individual one-on-one sessions with athletes and did extra fitness with them to ensure they were meeting goals of their own.

Assisted in the process of creating a start-up new client list through cold and warm calling. Further by connecting with hospital's highest stakeholders and building rapport by listening to their current concerns and finding where CCS is best able to fulfill their needs. Set up appointments with these stakeholders and the CEO of CCS to create a working partnership.
