-APP/ Web Product Experience• Responsible for Instant Message APP with 50,000 downloads in Indonesia having social media, news, receipt scan(binding) and invoice lottery winning features.•Maintaining and optimizing “Indonesian Tax System” including 4 sites for government, merchants, printer manufacture and CS team which ran trial in 4 cities in Indonesia.•Building 0->1 to B product for Indonesian merchants (Reward cards and POS) with Indonesia team to meet the market need.-Product Development Management•Conducting market and competitor research to define product strategy and directing the product iteration by tracking data and analyze the user feedback.•Prioritizing the Backlog and evaluating the tasks for the roadmap.•Managing cross-functional teams (TW: 6 APP engineers, 3 FEE, 3 BEE, 1 UIUX, 1 QA, 1 PM)(IN: 2 FEE, 2BEE, 1 UIUX, 4 QA) and collaborating with sales and marketing team to drive product delivery.

-Responsible for exchange platform in India within a fast-paced, agile environment.-Manage projects for daily release and monitor data in time.-Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and actively engage with stakeholders to drive product decision-making.

-Plan and run government and business marketing project.-Perform the Prize Ceremony, Oversea Exhibition, International Workshop.
