As an Assessment Leader I own the end-to-end delivery of assessments for your portfolio of qualifications. Reporting to the Head of Subject and working as part of a wider team that includes product management, marketing and sales, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and customer focused service.

As a Subject Coordinator my skills varied throughout the year depending on where we were in the assessment cycle. Rays of Sunshine is a “wish granting” Charity, whose primary mission is to grant the wishes of the seriously ill or life-limiting children between the ages of 3-18 across the United Kingdom. My role included:Researching and ensuring these children’s wishes were fully met, ranging from electrical goods, weekend trips and family holidays. Regular contact with the families to coordinate and facilitate necessary arrangements with them to make it happen. My position is on the forefront of making the job of dealing with patient detail easier. This entailed:Carrying out every day Admin Review and Desktop Distribution, within a 48 hour turn-around (TAT) ensuring the letters get out to intended recipients (mainly patients) as quick as possible. It is essential these are accurate and acceptable to be sent to patients, GPs and/or third parties. The main task is to assure the patient details are merged with the correct letter content, in the most appropriate format. Desktop Distribution is managed electronically in sending letters to intended recipients, ensuring all letters are saved on the hospital shared drive. Any attachments or referrals that need to be sent with the letter are notified to the medical secretaries so they can process the letter with the correct forms. Show less
