Through the New Columbo Plan sponsorship program had the opportunity to undertake an engineering-based project to provide year-round clean and accessible drinking water to local schools and communities in Battembang. Taught STEM based workshops at disadvantaged school to provide supplementary education to students who families could not afford education. These workshops introduced the students to Science and engineering through hands on experiments and problem solving activities which had them work in groups to develop both their communication and team work skills.
