With McDonald's being a leading foodservice retailer, I decided to take up a second role with the company at the Port Macquarie Highway store which had a higher demand. At this store my role was as a barista where I took cafe orders, made coffee, prepared food and ensured the cleanliness of the cafe. I learnt skills such as how to effectively work in a extremely fast-paced environment and efficiency in product production in order to produce high volume. These are skills that will allow me to serve at my highest level in the future.

Kmart Australia Limited is an Australian-based chain of retail stores, currently with stores across Australia and New Zealand. At Kmart my role was in clothing service where I was ensuring the order of the store, answering phones and carrying out customer service. In this role I learnt the skills of organisation and time-management which I will carry on to the next company.

McDonalds is a leading global foodservice retailer that offers comprehensive training and development programs. I was an allrounder at this store and fulfilled many roles. I was a barista in the cafe, took customer orders in drive thru and on front counter, fulfilled orders and ensured the cleanliness of the store. I learned skills such as teamwork, communication and adaptability which has helped me serve companies that I have worked for since then.
