-Teaches dance to 100+ students ages 3-18 in the genres of tap, contemporary, jazz, musical theatre, and hip hop.-Creates weekly lesson plans to meet the needs of every student taking into consideration age, experience, and artistic potential.-Model desired student disposition and behavior such as integrity, respect, hard work, rigor, kindness, and empathy.

-Travels with the national dance competition throughout the U.S. approximately 5 times a year.-Communicates with the show director, emcee, and sound manager to ensure flawless transitions during competition.-Makes fast, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment.

COB (Continuous Open Bidding) Director- Worked alongside all members of the Membership Team to gather pertinent data from formal recruitment and reached out to potential new members. Coordinated with the Membership Team to gather data, plan events, and identify targets for potential new members.Honor Board Member- Practiced sound judgment and impartiality to hold members accountable who have not upheld the policies of the chapter or National Fraternity.Campus Activities Director- Choreographed a 5 minute dance for Alpha Xi Delta and a fraternity 3 times.Raised money for a family in need and the Panhellenic community as well as Loaves & Fishes.

-Scheduled clients for dance, vocal, and theatre auditions.-Created online invitations for dance master classes through MailChimp.-Created/organized casting network profiles for clients to use for auditions for future employers.
