Led 3 teams - Technical, Application support and end-user for documentation -guidance into new SOP changes. Researched medical devices to be used for the whole organization. Implemented a pilot batch of 60 devices for presentation and ease of use to end- users. Presented to infection control for updating standards.

Assistant Director of Cerner New Product Lines and Enhancements- Huge Multi-Facility is implementing government incentives along with Transformation and Optimization with updated process flows for Departments and Instrumentation. Utilizing the incentives for Meaning Full Use, Regulatory and government grants.

I look to provide the best practices used with the support in design, build, test, implementation of Cerner Applications that will streamline the processes and leave less room for mistake by the end users. I assertively meet project time lines and milestones, so the client can reap the benefits of using their new system while caring for their patients and providing better patient care with less stress involved.

I coordinated the scheduling of hardware and software design, build, implementation using best practices with in the health care industry following regulatory standards of HIPAA, JACHO, CAP...etc..Provided support of Sun Quest system converting to Cerner.
