As a summer staffer for Winshape Camps for Communities, we travel to a new city and state each week and put on a day camp for elementary kids. Our team consists of 24 people who travel put on camp. I lead a group of 12-17 kids and ensure their safety, have fun with them through games, and creatively teach the kids from a Bible curriculum. Additionally, I am the stage host with another summer staffer. We work together on stage, as well as prepare beforehand, to ensure the kids get excited about camp and have fun by facilitating games.
