Among other things:- I managed the FT subscription business via the Amazon Kindle relationship/channel and executed 5 partnerships with device makers around the launch of Windows 8. - I developed the ‘digital bulk’ proposition to transform the FT's multi-million £ print bulk business to digital, involving coordination of regional sales teams, managing product/technology, and determining pricing resulting in first flagship clients. - Working closely with the editorial lead, I led the commercial side of the FT e-book initiative from evaluation to implementation, including business analysis/plan, negotiation of contracts with e-bookstores, choosing and arranging suppliers, and coordination of editorial, design and marketing teams, resulting in sales of over 10,000 and brand exposure in a new and growing channel.
