• Preparing Financial Reports• Reconciling bank and other accounts• Preparing monthly cash flow statement• Reconciling general ledger and other accounts• Passing journal entries• Filing GCT returns monthly• Supervising payables clerk

• Process invoices and requests for payments• Reconcile suppliers and internal bank accounts • Do data entries• Prepare and file payroll of projects• Prepare project reports• Audit accounting system bi-weekly to ensure entries are coded properly• Prepare cashflow statement on a weekly basis

• Prepare fortnightly and monthly payroll• Update payroll records• Process payroll cheque payments• Ensure proper distribution of payroll advice• Compile voluntary staff deductions and remit to the relevant organizations/financial institutions• Ensure that Statutory deductions are processed and submitted to the relevant agencies to meet agreed deadlines• Liaise with Human Resource Department to ensure accuracy of staff remuneration• Assist and advise on payroll queries
