I am currently a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder where I am pursuing a major in Strategic Communications with a focus on advertising. I will graduate with a Minor from the Leeds School of Business. Outside of school, my main interests are running, skiing, and being outdoors. I have been running competitively for the past eight years. While in high school, I earned two PIAA state medals in track and cross country. I also broke a school record in the 1600m which stood for 39 years. I am the current record holder with a time of 5 minutes and 10 seconds in the 1600. I believe my dedication to running and hard work ethic has helped me to grow and learn about myself. I learned that I will thrive when pursuing my passions. It is discipline and a willingness to go above and beyond that have allowed me to succeed. Now, I understand the importance of having people around me who are supportive, and I know how to share that support when building a strong team. Most of all, I learned how rewarding it is to set high goals and work as hard as possible to reach them.
