As a graduate nursing student pursuing a master's degree, I bring a dedicated and compassionate approach to my role as a PCA at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, specifically on the Infant Specialty Care Unit. Committed to delivering high-quality care to our littlest patients while advancing my nursing education.

As President of the Beta Omicron chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha, I led a 13-member executive board and managed a 400-member chapter, overseeing weekly meetings and daily operations. I successfully created and managed a six-figure budget, supervised the Fraternity's on-campus property, and handled partnerships with the Fraternity's Housing Corporation. Actively participated in workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance leadership skills, interpersonal abilities, and motivational strategies. Efficiently managed a yearly calendar and facilitated event registration with the University of South Carolina, fostering a strong relationship between our organization and the university.

As a student intern at Johns Hopkins Simulation Center, I took on the role of instructing, facilitating, and debriefing diverse simulations for medical students and hospital staff. Engaged in simulation program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. Explored various medical fields across the Johns Hopkins Medical campus, shadowing numerous healthcare professionals to broaden my understanding of the industry.
