This ensures new vehicle launch activities delivered within the requirements of the brand working to the prescribed timescales ensuring VWFS are displaying the correct information for quotation purposes. • Control of the Asset Risk side of campaign set up, this starts with the delivery of the campaign residual values that are available, to the pricing of campaigns to the management of the residual values into point of sale systems as well as in life campaign management. • Management of the vehicle life cycle through point of sale systems, this ensures vehicles are correct, available and maintains a consistent display of information for internal and external users. Pricing information, availability and used vehicles are correct and timely for the users of the systems.• Ownership of the overall coordination of the process of updating COL including auditing, arranging loads and planning to ensure timescales are met. This ensures information is available when it is required, IT capability is in place in line with timescales and communication is issued as required.• Responsibility for the process relating to the auditing of VWFS stock vehicles held at nominated auction sites, includes the coordination of a team to complete the auditing, the auditing preparation, management of the systems used for auditing including updates and enhancements, reconciliation and results communication.• Liaison and management of external auditors forming part of the overall sign off process. This includes vehicles that are available through a portal on the open internet▪ Facilitate the resolution of enquiries and requests into the shared mailbox ensuring these are followed up to completion.▪ Collection of volume related bonus submitting claim requests for subsidy payments for brands that operate a reclaim payment method• Liaison with internal and external brands to ensure payment and queries surrounding non- payment are dealt with quickly.
