Hello all, my name is Olivia! I love working with people from around the world to help them solve their day-to-day needs. To keep things simple, here are five things about me and my work: 1.) I am a dynamic learner who loves to think outside of the box to accomplish new tasks. Stretching my way of thinking and being bold in how I approach difficult topics are strategies I implement into my personal and professional life. 2.) My background in Customer Success within a Technology Startup and Student Affairs within Higher Education Administration allows me to bring many unique skills to my work experiences. I am proficient in customer service best practices, leadership / team based development, project management, overseeing large monetary budgets, record keeping, and data analysis. 3.) Teaching myself new computer based skills is a passion that goes along with my desire to be a life long learner. If there is a new process to learn, I love to dive into it head first. With that comes a solid understanding of programs such as Microsoft, Google Suite, AirTable, HubSpot, Asana, Notion, and more! 4.) I bring the same level of excitement in my daily life that I bring to my job. Whether working collaboratively or individually, I will always approach a task with fresh focus and a desire to give my best efforts. 5.) I strongly believe there are many correct approaches to solving problems and meeting needs.
