- Demonstrate and deliver the report of the marketing intelligence process, including major market trend, financial analysis, technical pipeline and competitor intelligence.- Close work with demand team to conduct monthly PDP process (price demand process) with key account sales team for the overall sales situation in downstream and upstream.- Liaise with the 3rd part agency on photovoltaic market short term and long term analysis.- Liaise with technical and product team for the new product innovation, new product launch and internal PCF review(Product Commercial Flow).- Assist global marketing manager in 5-10 year market strategy plan demonstration.- Lead the PV marketing communication activities with China marketing communication team, including events/seminars /webinars and press release in professional wechat and website. Coordinate with AD agency to conduct the brochure and other sales kits.

- Fully engage in new business: DuPont wallcoverings project commercialization from 0 to 1.- Close work with Wallcoverings GM and AP Branding communication manager to define band’s yearly marketing campaign & promotion calendar.- Assist AP Branding communication manager in the brand promotion campaign deliveries, create and executions, including trade shows, PR campaigns, tech days and customer events. - Close work with channel teams to ensure all communication materials are implemented and maintained in line referring to the marketing campaign plan.- Implement internal communication events and initiatives; liaise with media on social media publicity. - Coordinate with 3rd party agency in daily communication, digital media management; consolidate monthly editorial and events clipping reports, competitor review. - Monitor the business budget, supplier quotation and invoices.

- Develop and maintain weekly business review process, monthly demand process, monthly sales metrics and report; calculate sales incentive program(SIC) for sales representative, sales leader and sales manager. (business size is annual revenue $71MM in 2014; 2 key product segments; 40+ active module makers; 15+ active laminators; sales team size is 12 sales representatives and leaders.)- Demonstrate the pricing approval management process for PVFM global team in SFDC and analyze the pricing trend. Conduct customer loyalty survey, analyze the survey result and take the follow-up action in AP. Establish and manage the customer inquiry leads process.- Record the sales contract and incentive rebate agreement and implement the internal audit process by quarter.- Manage Global Sales Director’s daily calendar, provide the logistic sport to Global Sales Director’s business traveling schedule and take the meeting minutes setting up process.

- Support China regional BP for talent requisition. - Filtrate the candidate resume online and implement the telephone interview. - Analyze the online test results and conduct the dashboard.- Coordinate the new employee training arrangement and prepare the hiring contract.
