The Ritual Chair must consistently work to provide an inclusive and equitable environment in which all sisters can thrive as she develops programming, leads meetings and works with chapter members. s the Event Planning Intern for the Carolinas Communication Association (CCA), I support the organization’s mission to foster scholarship and collaboration among communication professionals and academics across the Carolinas. My responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing volunteer teams to ensure smooth and engaging event experiences. I play an active role in promoting CCA events, managing attendee communications, and crafting digital resources to enhance accessibility. Additionally, I support in-person operations and digital initiatives, bringing a focus on efficiency, inclusivity, and seamless attendee engagement. This role has strengthened my organizational, communication, and leadership skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
