It was a wonderful experience to be able to play on the Varsity Women's Rugby team are Laurier. After a covid first year, it was amazing to get back on the field with a great group of people for second year. I learned even further the value of team work, commitment, hard work and perseverance.

Through team work, communication, editor meetings and making strict deadlines, I had the opportunity to write for HER campus Laurier which is an amazing club that focuses on female writers.

As diversity and equity representative for House Council, I worked with a team to provide events that educated students on different cultures, religions and experiences related to diversity. We held events that allowed for students to speak about their experiences and a safe place to discuss relevant issues.
