• Guide the planning and implementation of services in the Family & Community Partnership Unit in accordance with Performance Standards• Provide direct supervision to family advocates, evaluate job performance, and provide training and technical assistance to advocates• Create and maintain relationships with agencies within the community to provide resources for the program• Implemented a system to determine family needs, referrals, and follow-ups• Maintain an effective record-keeping system• Coordinate the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance process for the program alongside the ERSEA Coordinator

• Conduct classroom and individual observations to assess the needs of the child• Provide appropriate training to assist teachers with children who exhibit challenging behaviors• Develop individualized action plans to help the child succeed in the classroom• Partner with outside agencies to help bring awareness to social issues that affect families• Conduct meetings with teachers to discuss IAP and explain how it should be implemented in the classroom
