After completing secondary school in Mudgee I was looking to pursue new opportunities. During high school I worked in a fast-paced pharmacy as a dispensary technician. Throughout my gap year I undertook new roles working in hospitality, within a few months I was placed into a supervisor's role, fine tuning my customer service and leadership skills. I then undertook a short contract at Charlotte Pass Snow Resort, gaining experience in a multitude of areas such as guest services, transport coordination and all aspects of hospitality. Once the season finished, I was after a role with the same time management pressure and attention to detail necessary in a more serious setting, I undertook an opportunity at Prosperity Advisers Newcastle as an Administration Assistant in the Outsourced Payroll team.
