Managing a global team that executes centralized operational processes related to leave of absence, benefits, compensation, talent, mobility, and employee relations. This role is also responsible for designing effective workflows that centralize administrative and repeatable tasks, in addition to knowledge transfer mechanisms to optimize the performance of the team and drive efficiencies across the Talent function.
