I am currently working part time at Cherry Professional following my placement year. This experience in the recruitment industry has provided me with invaluable exposure to the fast-paced, relationship-driven recruitment industry. I have significantly enhanced my professional capabilities, including talent acquisition, client relationship management , and strategic problem-solving. I am also pursuing my final year Business Management and Human Resources degree at Nottingham Trent University, where I have consistently demonstrated academic excellence, achieving a first-class in my second year. This academic foundation, combined with practical experience, has given me a well-rounded understanding of business operations, HR strategies and the importance of people management in driving organisational success.
