I aid in the transition from disparate faculty data systems to that of a single data repository. I develop these academic partnerships with institutions on the West coast.

As an account specialist at Frontiers, I established Open Access institutional partnerships. In doing so, I consulted and negotiated with university professionals (C-suite members and librarians) and created datasets to stay up to date on the institution's publishing output.

Facilitated one on one meetings with researchers and aided in diverse needs such as copyediting, structural editing, and developmental editing.

A key part of my role as the Editor and Chief of the Rathalla Review, a revered literary magazine, was to oversee our daily operations and quantify submissions from poetry, non-fiction, long fiction, and flash fiction. I managed a team of editors with goals for genre selections and edited each edition before it went out to print.
