Served as member of team that manages the daily affairs and long‐term vision of this student-run, nonprofit with 1500+ volunteers serving 10,000+ constituents. Implemented systems to maintain and improve use of vehicles and spaces.

Joined performance team in developing FY 2017 annual performance plan and organizing quarterly performance review. Conducted research to refine and create 3+ goals, completed annual revision of strategies and activities supporting the 26 goals, analyzed data set of 17,336 applicants by race and progression through volunteer pipeline to shape diversity goal, and drafted new quantitative tool and analysis plan used to collect data for the FY 2015 annual report.

Supported 75+ students in Chemical Bonding, Energy, and Reactivity course by holding office hours to reinforce material presented in lecture, improve students’ problem-solving abilities, and aid students with assignments and exam preparation.

Gained 200 hours of supervised experience at 3 public hospitals in emergency care, surgery, pediatric inpatient care, cardiology, orthopedics, and obstetrics clinical rotations. Participated in 60 hours of instruction in Spanish language and Argentinian culture while living with a Spanish-speaking host family.

Led class of 2nd grade Cambridge students in this program created to fight summer learning loss. Developed and taught academic curriculum and enrichment daily, organized and supervised field trips, arranged conference with each student’s family, mentored Junior Counselor, and fundraised through letter writing and a phone-a-thon.
