As a passionate resident of Victoria’s renowned Surf Coast, along with my partner (Daryl Pelchen), we dreamt of catalysing the region’s economic growth by creating large-scale infrastructure to provide the 8 million annual visitors to The Great Ocean Road region with more diverse experiences. CORA’s global ambition is to be the southern hemisphere’s ground-breaking venue where the latest innovations in elite sports training, health and wellness are enhanced by a unique and sustainable environment of natural beauty, arts, culture and food.Behind this vision lies an overarching philosophy of embracing technology and sustainability to promote wellness and social purpose. This philosophy takes a long-term view of CORA’s role in the community. It will be reflected both in the joyful way that CORA will approach the delivery of unique visitor experiences and in its commitment to sustainability in every aspect of its design, construction, and operations. With the active support of both the Federal and State Governments, along with a growing network of investors and advisors, construction for CORA will commence in 2024.

As a co-founder of the iconic Australian home wares brand MOZI, my role was extremely varied requiring innovation, flexibility and stamina. A vertically integrated ‘lifestyle’ brand, MOZI designed and retailed affordable, quality products in multiple categories including bath & body, dining, kitchen, fashion and kids. MOZI appealed to a clear demographic who identified with the brand essence: charming, playful, loyal, colourful, warm and artistic.
