I have worked as a Key Account Co-ordinator within the Customer Service at Penn (PEM) Engineering, a global leader in the fastening industry. In this position I dealt with a large number of Distributors on a daily basis, having sole responsibility for our French customer accounts. This position took me to Paris for an annual meeting with one of our biggest customers and gave me the first-hand experience and knowledge of working with some of the most prominent figures in the European engineering industry. Some of my daily duties in this position included:• Managing Customer Accounts /Meeting Targets• Maintaining/Developing relationships with Distributors/Key Accounts• Receiving, Entering, Expediting and Acknowledging Orders• Handling Customer Enquiries, Handling Customer Calls/Emails, Handling Customer Complaints/Quality Issues• Compiling Monthly Reports/Updating Management• Process Improvements

• Preparation of Invoices, Ensuring all Account Invoices have Order Numbers• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Taking Bookings from Customers• Quotations and Estimates for Jobs, Up-selling Products (Commission Based)• Meeting and Greeting Customers, General Office Duties• Updating Management on a Weekly Basis
