At Hy-Vee, I performed a variety of functions that supported the store's HR Generalist, such as completing the weekly payroll process, processing I-9s, monitoring the ATS and interviewing potential hires, and answering employees' questions in a positive and helpful way.

Followed opening and closing store procedures, oversaw daily store operations, packaged orders to be shipped out to customers, answered customer questions and provided quality customer service, directed fellow employees, and ensured the employees knew the goals for the day.
