I am currently working at Stonecamp Leather. We are a local brand that specializes in the use of local labour, in Pretoria, when making our products. The role I am currently fulfilling is Head of Logistics and Customer relations. This includes all customer related queries, exchanges, returns, refunds, etc. As for the logistics, this includes: photoshoot planning, product launching, creating of advertisements on social media, copywriting, packing online orders, planning and setting up of trade shows, booking couriers for deliveries as well as returns, quality checking each product thoroughly before sending it out, stock control management, creating invoices for clients as well as wholesalers, driving to stores to check consignment stock, creating marketing posts on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, creating and regulating Facebook and Instgram Advertisements, updating and changing website regularly and communicating with content creators and store managers daily. I do all my daily tasks with software and programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Gmail, Google Sheets, WooCommerce and Xero. I am a team player as well as a people-person.
