As an Adobe Account Representative at Carahsoft Technology, every day is a new day for opportunity. I started at Carahsoft Technology in July of 2023, right after I graduated from the University of North Dakota in May of 2023. I received a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Nistler College of Business and Public Administration. After almost a year of working at Carahsoft Technology, I have ranked in the top 10 of my business unit's Busy Season Competition, received MVP Rookie of the Year for my business unit, and have consistently ranked as the top contestant in my business unit's Lead Generation Campaign. My skill set as an Adobe Account Representative consists of customer relationship management, lead generation, account planning, and technology sales. I have always prioritized customer satisfaction and ensuring that their business needs are always being met. From May 2023 – January 2024, I worked as a Server at Up North Pizza Pub. This fast-paced environment taught me how to manage my time, establish leadership, and navigate different customer interactions. I maintained good time management while serving customers and preparing their orders. I was also able to establish leadership by training new employees on how to use equipment, keep a clean environment, and maintain a positive attitude. By training other employees and working alongside my coworkers, I was also able to gain a better understanding of how to navigate different customer interactions to ensure that the customer always left satisfied and waiting to come back. From May 2023 – August 2023, I worked as a Personal Stylist at Kittsona. As a Personal Stylist my creativity was able to flourish. I was trained to maintain the image and feel of Kittsona such as changing the layout of the floor, styling outfits throughout the store, and keeping a clean and friendly environment. I also had the opportunity to move up to Store Manager, but I was unable to due to availability. During this time, I trained new employees, learned how to process new shipments of clothing, and edited the Kittsona website through Shopify.From August 2018 – September 2023, I worked as a Customer Service and Sales Floor Team Member at Target. When I was working at Target, I handled cashiering, returns, self-checkout, drive-up orders, and order pick-ups. I would also back up on the floor for fulfillment and stocking purposes. During this time, I single-handedly received the lowest in-store fulfillment rates which prevented the store from going into the red zone for their weekly order goals.
