Current● My role within Voicentric centres around calling contacts on behalf of companies; assessing their needs in German, and succinctly translating and providing feedback in English.● The companies are often in the science sector, and so the ability to quickly learn new concepts and large amounts of technical vocabulary across both languages is something I’m well versed in.● The fast-paced work environment has further sharpened my German skills, giving me insight into corporate German culture and how to navigate it in a professional and productive manner.● The largely autonomous nature of a remote job means that I can confidently organise myself and my work, solving issues with software or client queries on an independent or team level.● Both CRM software and collaborative programmes like SharePoint are integral to the tasks carried out, so I have a thorough command of both, and can quickly pick up new programmes.
