Summer Healthcare Administration Intern
CurrentI had the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, including the Executive Director, Administrative Assistant, and HR Manager. I supported various administrative functions and contributed to key projects. During my time I was able to observe the integration of a new EMR system and the preparations for a new location. Additionally, I helped coordinated events and conducted a targeted outreach initiative to our top referring PCP offices, enhancing relationships with over twenty practices. My experience also included exposure to client-facing sales processes and collaboration across multiple departments, further refining my skills in healthcare administration.
