I chose the bids industry because I'm passionate about helping AEC companies sell their most valuable resource- themselves. By crafting strategy-driven proposals that focus on the human side of business, I aim to equip companies with the tools to stand out and meaningfully connect with potential clients.I'm dedicated to championing women in the AEC industry, and in 2020 and 2021 was recognised as one of the Top 100 Women in Construction for both my work in my own business, Arkin, and my role as Strategy & Content Coordinator for WIDAC (Women in Design & Construction). I believe that as a woman in the AEC space, I have a responsibility to help other women advance and to educate girls on the exciting possibilities that exist in AEC roles.
