After graduating December 2017, I worked at an Anytime Fitness in Madelia, MN, which gave me a vision to have my own company. In 2019, I opened LIV TRU NUTRITION, on the University of Minnesota campus! I had the vision to create a positive, healthy impact on the community through the power of nutrition. At the heart of LIVTRU, it was my commitment to empower individuals to achieve their health & fitness goals & create a safe space. From hosting insightful workshops, live events, B2B collabs, sponsoring NCAA athletes, distributing our supplements to others, we really created something special at the UMN. I am so grateful for the challenges, the successes we had, and the employees/co-workers were one of a kind. It became more than just a place to nourish the body — it was a culture everyone wanted to be a part of. Unfortunately, we had to close the doors in 2023, but excited to see what the UMN does as they reconstruct the space.
