I am a person who has a large experience with customer service with different age groups with my work as a Student Ambassador to the University of Southern Queensland and Residential Leader. I have experience in hospitality as a waiter and as a retail assistant. Within these jobs, I have experienced every type of person to a fearful mother leaving her child at a sailing camp to a fussy and critical customer in a restaurant. A Pride myself on my organisation and time management allowing me to complete set tasks within a timely manner.
