I’m an herbalist, writer, entrepreneur, and a podcast host on a lifelong quest to learn as much as I possibly can about what supports optimal, vibrant health.I’m passionate about the emerging science (meaning what is repeatable and measurable), just as much as I respect traditional modalities, plants, and protocols (what has yet to be explained by our modern methods). My mission in life is to speak to both worlds, bridging the gap between the gifts of Western medicine and the wisdom of traditional herbalism. I believe the two can coexist, and in fact, work better together.I founded Organic Olivia in 2014: an e-commerce line of herbal supplements that support everything from sleep to digestion, energy and mood. We exist to create easy-to-use blends that make even the toughest days just a bit smoother. We formulate tinctures, elixirs, and capsules and teas so that people everywhere can access the medicinal herbs that support balance in their bodies and minds. Through our online channels, we also provide educational articles, insights, and tools, connecting our customers with information and practitioners who may further support them.In 2020, I founded What's The Juice Podcast as an extension of my mission to educate and empower. Each episode is an opportunity to synthesize my education in herbalism, psychology, and a lifetime of health issues into valuable, tangible tips on how to heal and thrive. Interviews with specialists, doctors, therapists, practitioners, artists, and storytellers are packed with raw, human moments and empowering information.
