Oversee sales and recruiting for Medical Laboratory staffing.

Primary duty was leading a team of four account managers with the daily operations of assignment management. Oversee the development of new team members in recruiting, marketing and sales training. Participating in career development/continuing education offered by the company. Assisted the Branch Manager in interviewing prospective employees, acted as an alternate for manager meetings, and advised regarding internal employees. Coordinated several division fundraisers.
