About Olivia Ashton

Volunteering on rural permaculture projects around the world inspired the "What If?" attitude I ask today. Confident leader, communicator and team member who brings a keen work ethic to the table. My interests include waste management, the circular economy and urban agriculture. I value an imaginative, ethically focused team that aspires to contribute to something greater than themselves.I enjoy gathering around the table, laying down the butcher's paper, uncapping a few Sharpies and exploring ideas together. At Reground I am lucky enough to catch my colleagues on the cycle to the office and discuss our thrifting and hard rubbish finds, before sharing about the epic camping trips we took on the weekend. On a personal level I am a health-focused, veggie gardener who loves baking, taking long walks to find plants on the street and who overall aspires to create empowering transformation for people and the planet, one conversation at a time.
