Reground is a pioneer in the Circulareconomy in Melbourne, both diverting streams from landfills and giving them to the community (coffee, chaff) and partnering with local recyclers (soft plastics). The Vegepod is a self-contained, self-watering wicking garden bed, designed for gardeners of all ages, ability and skill. My role takes me to events around Victoria where I get to educate and sell this innovative, home grown product to customers wanting to make a change in their own backyard or business.*** ROLE ***- Foster strong and positive relationships with event managers, delegates, fellow exhibitors,and colleagues.- Build positive brand awareness and engage attendees with the features and benefits of Vegepod.- Provide additional customer service support.*** ACHIEVEMENTS ***- Talk to keen gardeners across Victoria at Farmworld, Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show, and the Melbourne Royal Show.

Hello Hello Plants is a family run nursery, aiming to make gardening easy and accessible for all. As part of the sales team, I was the direct contact for customers seeking advice on garden designs, management and how to create a flourishing space.*** ROLE ***- Attended to customers gardening needs face to face, via phone and email.- Co-created landscape designs for customer objectives (play space for children, home grown foods, an ode to natives, contribution to community character).- Achieved sales targets within my team.*** ACHIEVEMENTS ***- Successfully designed expressive gardens for homes and businesses.- Secured customer loyalty though rapport building.- Contributed to high daily sales by enthusiastically supporting myself and my team.- Initiated personal filing systems for monitoring sales.- Acquired plant, soil, pest, weed, weather and landscape design knowledge.

Autumn leaves is a cafe which aims to provide trendy, flavorsome food for the neighbourhood. As part of the Front of House team, my role was to serve customers promptly with product details, and to provide delicious brews for a wholesome experience.*** ROLE ***- Provide delicious coffee, food and service for customers. - Organise and replenish inventory with efficiency, to ensure clean presentation at all times.- Error-free cash handling in a fast-paced environment.*** ACHIEVEMENTS ***- Produced an Environmental Impact Assessment based on water, energy, appliances and behaviour.- Built lasting relationships with customers.- Created beautiful shopfront representation of products.- Committed to my team, using motivation and feedback to improve capability.

Peer Mentoring ran online via Vygo during 2020, aiding RMIT's international students with their studies. Over the semester I helped students with confidence building in the English language, proof reading and feedback for a range of assignments, empowering them to take on their work courageously.In 2019 I specialised in mentoring my peers in Foundations of Social Research. Through facilitating students, my understanding of how research is conducted was reinforced. Moreover, my facilitation skills were enhanced in through active listening, coaching and empathy.

The IDEP foundation is an Indonesian NGO who delivers disaster prevention and relief though the 12 permaculture principles. My role as an intern was to learn and assist in the organisations community based programs.*** ROLE ***- Research assistance and data collection.- Reviewing and compiling project monitoring reports.- Assisting in the design and editing of web material and other reporting obligations.*** ACHIEVEMENTS ***- Created and presented a SWOT report on a nature based children's education program.- Produced content for The Bali Water Projects social media pages.- Collected research on climate change risk management and coastal community-based adaption for grant applications.- Summarised 10 years of statistics for the annual report.- Participated in permaculture design workshops.
