I am currently pursing my Master of Accountancy at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where I also serve as a graduate teaching assistant for the accounting program. I graduated with honors from UTK this past May with a B.S. in Accounting and a collateral in Finance. I plan on becoming a CPA early within my career. During my undergraduate years - within accounting, I co-founded and served as president of Women in Accounting Club which allowed me to develop, strengthen, and learn my passion for networking, organization, communication, and leadership skills. I was an active member in Beta Alpha Psi which helped me connect with accounting professionals and students to grow my professional knowledge. I was also involved in Alpha Chi Omega - where I served as assistant VP of Finance. Professionally, I have worked three audit internships working with Fortune 500, private, and non-profit companies completing EBP, Reviews, risk assessment and other aspects of a financial audit. I am a curious and ambitious person, so look forward to learning more about the accounting and business world!
