I currently hold the position of Resource Development Director at the Boys & Girls Club of the Columbia Basin, where I focus on grant writing and management, fundraising, donor stewardship, marketing, and more. I am passionate about helping the youth in our community gain greater access to the valuable services we provide.In addition to my role at the Boys & Girls Club, I bring over five years of experience as a licensed real estate broker. I am dedicated to assisting clients in buying and selling residential properties, relocating to new areas, and finding their dream homes. I have successfully managed multiple transactions involving new construction, client relocation, and promoting sales online, all while staying updated on the latest industry laws, policies, and regulations.I hold a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Central Washington University, with minors in Project Management and Human Resource Management. Through my coursework and professional experience, I have developed strong skills in business administration, training and development, and leadership. I thrive in diverse team environments, excel at building strong customer relationships, and enjoy solving complex problems.
