Olivia Budde is a Marketing Coordinator at DPAA at Dayton Performing Arts Alliance. Colleagues describe her as "Olivia really helped Mission Met get our marketing engine started. She came into our small company and helped us really define our target customers, codify and clarify what makes them tick, and helped us start to build a messaging strategy. She also assisted in overseeing a number of marketing strategy tests and work toward finding the strategies and tactics that most resonate with our customers. Olivia can be pulled in many directions and still stay afloat -- quietly producing great work. She goes with the flow but is also willing to speak up and push back when things just don't seem right. We're sad to see her move on, but are grateful for all of the work she has moved forward. "
