As a Real Estate Analyst in McWhinney's Hospitality division, I support market research and underwriting processes for new investment opportunities. My responsibilities include evolving and customizing proforma models, underwriting hospitality real estate investments, monitoring market performance fundamentals, and assisting with due diligence.
