I joined Lobyco just as we were carved out of Coop Denmark as an independent software company. My job is to establish commercial excellence and develop a professional sales organisation.

I provide consultation on Microsoft Volume Licensing solutions for enterprise customers. This includes defining customer needs and negotiating the commercial and contractual terms of their enterprise agreements. A bit over a year after starting the role as a Commercial Executive I received a Gold Club Award for my contributions to both the business and the people around me. I was awarded for reducing complexity, creating clarity and orchestrating activities around renewing the Danish Local Governments' framework agreements, while stepping outside my own "territory" by supporting colleagues in optimizing processes, on-boarding new hires and establishing a new support team.

I am supporting our new business and customer success directors driving operational excellence.This includes managing and driving forecasting, pipeline hygiene, scorecard attainment, customer planning and additional ad-hoc business analysis related to sales and cloud consumption.

As the internal Transformation Lead and certified change management practitioner I am supporting the Danish leadership team with the landing of our digital transformation journey. This includes enabling our directors and people managers to be change managers.

Recruiting new independent software vendors to Microsoft Cloud.

I work with the account teams in the Manufacturing, Utilities and Services sector in Enterprise Partner Group. I provide and analyse data for the account teams and help with:- managing pipeline- weekly forecasting - bridge and account planning.Besides that I've participated in several customer related events and worked with different independent software vendors on positioning their solutions to the Manufacturing, Utilities and Services sector.

I am one of the members of the Student Steering Board who are selected, in addition to their student position, to be in charge of the planning and execution of social and educational student employee events, that are in line with IBM's strategic goals.One of my responsibilities in the Student Steering Board is being the project coordinator of the IBM Social Business Ambassador program for students in IBM Denmark. The goal of the program is to enable student workers in driving social collaboration by participating in several workshops about IBM's cloud based collaboration tools.

My overall job role was to create and manage my team's internal and external social collaboration tool, IBM Connections, enabling engagement with the right people and driving results. Besides that I took on several ad hoc tasks such as manage and coordinate tender proposal writing processes and track public sector pipeline.

As a part of the Channel Sales Support team I was managing SVI (Software Value Incentive) and VAP G (Value Advantage Plus for Government) sales programs for IBM Nordic's Business Partners, which included continuous contact, communication and following-up with Business Partners and IBM'ers from all over Scandinavia.

Supporting the National Education Steering Group in developing training courses for volunteers and leaders in the Danish Red Cross Youth.
