Managing the Georgia Commute Schools program by providing resources and building relationships with K-12 schools, youth, and communities in the 20 county Atlanta area to improve air quality and climate-resiliency in and around schools.

• Manage agency in-person and virtual events from inception to execution, including overseeing speakers, coordinating with vendors, and supervising event budgets• Strategize community outreach plans for agency departments, including to meet community engagement requirements for federal grants, including managing relevant external and internal communications• Organize community partnerships and facilitate stakeholder engagement on critical policy issues from housing to transportation planning• Build relationships with state and local businesses and government officials to convene experts and decision-makers to support the agency’s comprehensive policy development• Manage and oversee agency social media strategy

• Develop strategic outreach plans for groups within the agency, ranging in subject area from regional water management to transportation planning, including managing relevant external and internal communications• Manage project plans for outreach and events for groups within the agency, including using project management software, to oversee tasks• Manage community steering committees and outreach responsible for collective decision-making on major projects, including setting agendas, inviting and integrating community voices, leading forums and using feedback to inform planning• Develop communications material and website content, including resource guides, blog posts, technical reports, and community outreach materials• Organize and manage events and event vendors, including for regional mobility summits and community events for both virtual and in-person events• Researching, analyzing, and processing communications and program metrics, as well as data on agency-wide initiatives and strategic priorities

I developed and conducted field research on emergency preparedness processes for execution in Nepal. In this role, I also draft, design, and publish status presentations and a final report to communicate findings to the client for consideration in the DOD’s emergency management framework.

• Managed all data for the citywide implementation of Summer in the City program, including facilities and historical data, as well as the project plan with regular review of milestones• Produced school and public-oriented language guides to informs principals and families about summer school processes and policies, and managed all internal communications, including coordinating between central offices and Field Support Center directors• Supervised Summer in the City citywide email account to consult with families, teachers, and principals from over 300 schools about specific challenges

• Created online college preparatory graphics, presentations, and videos for JROTC students nationwide

• Produced graphics and website content for special events, including the annual gala• Supported development and fundraising activities, including establishing evaluations and measurement

• Translated interviews from the International Phonetic Alphabet and archived document for interpretation and consolidation by senior researchers
